What do we need for our Batida Rosa Cocktail?

FOR 2 PORTIONS

  • 8 cl cachaça
  • 6 cl grenadine
  • 6 cl soda water
  • 4 cl fresh lime juice
  • 6 cl pineapple juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime zests and slices (for garnish)

How do we make our Batida Rosa Cocktail?

  1. Add crushed ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour soda water into ice-filled glasses.
  3. Pour the cachaça, grenadine, lime juice, and pineapple juice into the shaker.
  4. Shake 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
  5. Divide the blended mixture evenly into the two glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a lime slice and lime zests.
