What do we need for our Batida Rosa Cocktail?
FOR 2 PORTIONS
- 8 cl cachaça
- 6 cl grenadine
- 6 cl soda water
- 4 cl fresh lime juice
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- Crushed ice
- Lime zests and slices (for garnish)
How do we make our Batida Rosa Cocktail?
- Add crushed ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour soda water into ice-filled glasses.
- Pour the cachaça, grenadine, lime juice, and pineapple juice into the shaker.
- Shake 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
- Divide the blended mixture evenly into the two glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice and lime zests.
