What do we need for our Pineapple Mimosa Cocktail?

FOR 2 PORTIONS

  • 12 cl pineapple juice
  • 12 cl champagne or sparkling wine
  • Pineapple slices or wedges for garnish (optional)

How do we make our Pineapple Mimosa Cocktail?

  1. Chill two champagne flutes in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before making the mimosas.
  2. Pour 6 cl of pineapple juice into each chilled champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top each glass with 6 cl of chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
  4. Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
  5. Optionally, garnish each glass with a pineapple slice or wedge for an extra tropical touch.
