Jungle Bird Cocktail
Tropical birds sing, the wind rustles in the palm leaves and we hear our friends laughter over the sound of the waves with this exciting combination of dark rum, campari, pineapple and lime.
What do we need for our Jungle Bird Cocktail?
FOR 2 PORTIONS
- 8 cl dark rum
- 4 cl Campari
- 3 cl simple syrup (1:1 ratio of water to sugar)
- 10 cl pineapple juice
- 4 cl fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple leaves or wedges for garnish
How do we make our Jungle Bird Cocktail?
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the dark rum, Campari, syrup, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice to the shaker. - Shake the ingredients well to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into rocks glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves or wedges and a cocktail cherry.
