Painkiller Cocktail
This tropical drink with dark rum, pineapple and nutmeg transfers us to a cozy beach bar, adorned with palm fronds on a sun-drenched afternoon on a serene tropical beach.
What do we need for our Painkiller Cocktail?
FOR 2 PORTIONS
- 12 cl brown rum
- 24 cl pineapple juice
- 6 cl orange juice
- 6 cl Cream of Coconut
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
How do we make our Painkiller Cocktail?
- Measure out the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and coconut milk and pour into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake the mixture briefly and vigorously for about 15 seconds so that all the ingredients are well combined and the drink is pleasantly cold.
- Strain the Painkiller cocktail into two cocktail glasses filled with ice cubes and serve garnished with a pinch of nutmeg and pineapple wedge.
