Malibu Sunset Cocktail

What do we need for our Malibu Sunset Cocktail?
FOR 2 PORTIONS
- 8 ice cubes
- 6 cl Malibu
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl Grenadine
- 8 cl passion fruit juice
- 6 cl brown rum
- 24 cl pineapple juice
- 2 pineapple slices
How do we make our Malibu Sunset Cocktail?
- Put two of the ice cubes into the shaker to precool it.
- Add Malibu, lemon juice, passion fruit juice, rum and pineapple juice to the shaker and shake vigirously until the mixture is cold enough.
- Put the Grenadine into two cocktail glasses and add the remaining ice cubes.
- Then pour the Malibu Sunset mixture into the glasses and serve with pineapple slices as decoration.
